With the Bank of Days you purchase engineering days in advance and utilize them in any way you require. As it is a pre-paid service, you are awarded with substantial discounts from Jcom's standard consultancy rates. The Bank of Days gives you a practical and flexible solution that allows you to dip into Jcom's pool of knowledge and technical resources.

Whether you use your pre-paid engineering days for project work on an one-off basis or utilize them on a strategic basis for assessment, design and implementation, our Bank of Days gives you the resources and flexibility to improve your IT.
How does it work?
- Time is deducted in 15min increments
- A full-day is 8hs from 09:00 to 17:30
- After hours work is charged at time-and-a-half
- Sundays and public holidays are charged at double-time
- Travel may be chargeable
- Engineers can be booked in advance
- Monthly balance report of time utilized
Value for money
Bank of Days offers a practical and flexible IT support service designed to give you freedom of choice and the best possible value for your money. Utilizing Jcom's resources means that an experienced 3rd / 4th Line engineering team will quickly address your requests, saving both time and money.
Only authorized staff can request work and your Account Manager at Jcom is notified at each status change. A detailed report with services summary is produced containing all engineering steps required to address your request.
