Reporting & Billing
CloudSecure’s customers are free to choose the type and style of monthly reporting and billing. This minimises administration time and allows easy analysis.
At no additional cost, we offer an online call management facility that prevents improper use of the telephone lines. Unauthorised personal calls, fraudulent calls and calls to premium rate numbers can significantly add unnecessary cost to the telecommunications expenditure.
With our free of charge call management feature, our customers prevent this from happening in two ways:
Call Logger
The Online Call Logger provides each client with details of all calls made up until the previous day. This information is available with a unique ID and password and can be filtered and sorted, enabling management to uncover possible abuse.
Call Guardian
The Call Guardian is a pro-active facility that allows the user to enter pre-determined criteria. For instance:
- Calls to a specific number(s)
- Calls costing more than £2
- Calls lasting more than 25 minutes
- Calls made before 8:30AM and after 6:30PM
Any calls outside your chosen criteria are then sent to a pre-determined email address, usually within 24 hrs of the call being made, notifying any activity outside the set parameters. Your chosen criteria can be altered as often as required.
